Alterna Bank is a challenger brand. Unlike traditional banks, Alterna is flipping the mortgage process on its head. Its sole digital offering led to the fastest and simplest customer experience.

In response, we developed Mortgage Happy. The platform pitted the new digital bank against all the cons found when getting a mortgage with traditional banks. We vowed that getting a mortgage could be a happy process and created a series of videos that illustrated all the ways being online could lead to a happier life.
